In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Any term not defined in this section shall carry its ordinary English meaning unless a specific meaning is otherwise assigned in the body of these Terms.

By creating an Account on jlbd5, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether administered by jlbd5 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation — that would prohibit your participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• The funds you deposit into your jlbd5 Account are not derived from any illegal activity or source.
• You have not been previously banned, suspended, or had an Account closed by jlbd5 for a breach of these Terms.

jlbd5 may conduct age and identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

jlbd5 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we become aware that a registered Account belongs to a person under the age of 18, all funds in that Account — including any winnings — will be forfeited and the Account permanently closed. No exceptions will be made.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the wagering and gaming services offered by jlbd5, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grants jlbd5 the right to immediately suspend or close the Account and forfeit any associated balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered Account on the jlbd5 Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or any other identifying factor — constitute a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jlbd5 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jlbd5 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account dashboard. You must notify jlbd5 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. jlbd5 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jlbd5 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be submitted in a legible format via the secure upload facility in your account dashboard. Processing times are typically within 48 business hours of receipt of complete documentation (BST).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlbd5 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time due to technical or operational reasons. jlbd5 will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any significant changes to supported payment methods via account notifications.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap under standard account terms, though jlbd5 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on individual accounts as part of responsible gaming or fraud prevention measures. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider — typically instantly for bKash and Nagad. jlbd5 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that the Account holder has previously used to deposit funds, subject to KYC verification requirements outlined in Section 3.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed as promptly as operationally possible — jlbd5 targets processing within 30 to 60 minutes during BST business hours for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad.

jlbd5 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that occur shortly after account registration, or that involve patterns inconsistent with normal player activity. Such checks may extend the withdrawal processing time. Players will be notified via their registered contact details if a withdrawal is subject to additional review.

4.4 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jlbd5 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If a payment provider transaction is processed in a different currency, conversion to BDT will occur at the rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. jlbd5 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder before applying a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant Account Balances. Such fees will continue to apply until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player logging in. Fees will not reduce a Balance below zero, and jlbd5 will not seek recovery of fees from a Player whose Balance has been exhausted by dormancy charges.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified Account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the Platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x), which must be met exclusively on eligible casino games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Sports bets do not contribute toward casino bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are used only after the real-money Balance reaches zero, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the relevant wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying a wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to them.
• jlbd5 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited as a result of a technical error, payment processing failure, or fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as permitted through the normal wagering fulfilment process.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• jlbd5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

jlbd5 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play between multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, low-risk hedging strategies on sports markets designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine risk, and collusion between players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, relevant winnings forfeited, and may face permanent suspension.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on jlbd5 — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and crash games — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own paytable, rules, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage as published by the respective game studio. jlbd5 does not alter the RNG or game logic of any third-party game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — jlbd5's decision on the outcome shall be final. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, any bet placed for that round will be refunded to the Account Balance. Winnings displayed during a session affected by a verifiable technical error will not be honoured.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jlbd5 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other international events. All bets must be placed prior to the relevant event start time unless the market is specifically designated as an in-play (live) betting market. jlbd5 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started on a pre-match market, regardless of the stated odds at the time of placement.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered in format after a bet has been placed, jlbd5 will apply standard settlement rules as published in the specific sport's rules section of the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, bets on affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Void Bets and Errors

jlbd5 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous — including odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human error that resulted in pricing materially inconsistent with the fair market value of the event at the time of placement. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Account Balance. jlbd5 will not honour winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds, even where such odds were accepted by the system at the time of the bet.

jlbd5 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming framework and are available to every registered player at no cost via the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set time period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the limit period resets or the limit is adjusted upward (subject to cooling-off).
• Session Time Alerts: Set a maximum session duration. jlbd5 will display an on-screen alert when your session time limit is reached, prompting you to review your play or log out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the jlbd5 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Requests for self-exclusion should be submitted to [email protected].

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jlbd5 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jlbd5

jlbd5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold any Balance pending investigation — if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder is under 18 years of age;
• The registration information provided is false, incomplete, or has been materially altered;
• The Account is being used in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is associated with the Account or any transaction made through it;
• The Account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order or has been previously banned from jlbd5;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the security of other players.

Where an Account is closed by jlbd5 as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, jlbd5 reserves the right to void winnings and forfeit the Account Balance. Where an Account is closed for operational or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate real-money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method.

8.3 Changes to These Terms

jlbd5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via account notification or email to the registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your Account before the effective date under the player closure process described in Section 8.1.
